Warranty Policy

6-months replacement warranty 

All our products are covered by a 6-month quality warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty ensures that your jewellery will maintain its quality under normal use. It covers issues such as fading, discoloration, or peeling of coating due to standard wear, provided the product has been cared for as recommended.

The warranty covers:

• Fading or discoloration of polish/plating under normal use

• Peeling or flaking of coating

• Quality-related issues not caused by mishandling

The warranty does not cover:

• Damage due to accidental breakage, drops, or pressure

• Exposure to water, perfume, sweat, or chemicals

• Improper storage or cleaning

• Normal wear and tear after prolonged use

To initiate a warranty claim, customers must provide proof of purchase and clear photos showing the issue. PVD Jewellery reserves the right to inspect the claim before approving a replacement or repair
